Tiffany graduated from University of Tulsa College of Law and built a successful solo law practice from the ground up. She has a heart for serving people and a true desire to keep people out of court and out of conflict. Tiffany has over fifteen years of legal experience and has won numerous awards related to her skills as an attorney, including being named to Super Lawyers, an honor that is reserved for less than 5% of lawyers in Oklahoma who have been highly recognized by their peers and have attained a high level of professional achievement. She also has the prestigious “AV Preeminent” rating given by Martindale-Hubbell.

Russ graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where he received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Writing, an honor given to the top student in the class. Prior to attending law school, Russ worked for a large insurance company, where he gained valuable experience in problem solving while working with people dealing with some of the most difficult times of their lives. There, he gained insight into how overwhelmed people can feel when dealing with unexpected issues and it was here that he developed a true passion for helping people.

In 2021, Tiffany and Russ decided that as a husband-and-wife team, they were uniquely positioned to help other families in the community with legal issues and Jennings Graves, PLLC was formed. In addition to the accomplishments above, Tiffany and Russ are the proud parents to two children, Kendall and Auggie, as well as a corgi and chiweenie. They are active in the community and enjoy local art, spending time outdoors, the music of the Grateful Dead, and of course, Sooner football.
